The CRISPR Validate Tool helps you fully understand all the relevant characteristics of any guide RNA, enabling you to make informed experimental decisions regarding the use of their guide sequence. Once you input a guide RNA sequence from any design source, including Synthego's CRISPR Design Tool, the CRISPR Validate Tool will show you the PAM site and cut site along with the DNA strand that the guide RNA will bind. Importantly, this tool will display detailed information regarding the target gene, whether the guide RNA targets an early region in the gene, ability to target a common exon, on-target activity score and whether it has any locations with zero, one or two mismatches. Finally, this also displays detailed information on the locations of the potential off-target sites, including the number and location of the mismatches. Together, this information allows one to assess the quality of your guide RNA, including its ability to effectively and specifically cut at a site in the genome.
